We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to complete our small, passionate Kitchen Team.
The successful applicant would be working alongside our newly appointed Head Chef and required to work a consistent, rotating roster. The role would include offering operational and creative support whilst being able to execute recipes with accuracy and plating with detail.
Our simple menu is focused on local makers, quiet technique and produce of the highest quality. We seek like-minded individuals to join our ever-evolving business; a great attitude, willingness to learn and an interest in growth are imperative.
