In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase creativity, strategic thinking and an understanding of how design drives meaningful engagement and brand impact.

You’ll work closely with our projects team as we prepare to launch our next project with Austin Maynard Architects next year, and with our sustainability team to produce great content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications, a day in the life of the Graphic Designer might look like:

• Taking a leading role in the design, rollout and delivery of project marketing sales collateral as we prepare to launch our next project with Austin Maynard Architects in 2025
• Creating and managing content for HIP V. HYPE social media, including our accommodation space, HV.Hotel
• Taking a leading role in the design, rollout and delivery of the HIP V. HYPE Sustainability Impact Report
• Supporting our Sustainability team in the preparation of presentations and reports, including graphics and infographics
• Maintaining and updating our brand standards across HIP V. HYPE credentials, website and templates
• Assisting with the preparation of external HIP V. HYPE communications, including eDMs and Sustainability insights
• Assisting with the creation of both project and team photography and videography

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum 3 years of design agency experience
• Current Drivers Licence
• A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline
• Highly proficient in using industry standard production and communications applications and programs, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MailChimp and Typeform
• Proficient level of understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook
• Meticulous attention to detail, in particular branding standards to ensure continuity across the HIP V. HYPE Group
• Ability to work iteratively, receptive to feedback from stakeholders and team members to enhance design quality and performance
