To Be Frank Bakery is seeking a full-time Front of House Supervisor to join the team at our Collingwood location.
You will be responsible for:
-Managing the day-to-day bakery front of house operations
-Delivering and maintaining exceptional service standards and conditions
-Continuously looking to improve profitability and minimise costs without compromising standards and customer experience
-Fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent, efficient, and friendly service for customers, and exceeds customer expectations
-Developing and maintaining a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
You will be required;
-To perform all POS duties, including opening and closing procedures, coordinating with the Manager as necessary.
-To make themselves aware and notify their team of any changes, special requirements, outstanding orders or work tasks required prior to the commencement of service
-To ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work
Requirement:
-Minimum 2 years experience managing/supervising a team.
-Previous experience working in a bakery would be preferred (but not essential)
