Ottelia is an established restaurant offering a relaxed yet exciting regional dining experience. The restaurant is well known for utilising produce from the kitchen garden and championing local ingredients. The Daily Menu is an everchanging expression of the seasons and abundance of the Limestone Coast's produce, complementing the Ottelia wines and ethos.
We're looking for a team player to assist in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, helping our head chef to lead the small and effective team.
Have a direct creative impact on our Daily Menu, inspired by local produce and the reduction of kitchen waste.
Work-life balance is important to us, our restaurant is only open 5 days a week, working 9-5 hours (with occasional evening functions).
