About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front and back-of-house.
- Draft and manage staff rosters, balancing customer satisfaction and budget constraints.
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Optimize table floor plans and manage guest bookings.
- Implement measures to reduce waste and enhance profitability.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff training.
- Maintain the venue's atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness and ambiance.
- Foster relationships with regular guests and enhance community engagement.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize costs.
- Oversee the beverage program and drive increased sales.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within a fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
