Sous Chef Required for Music Based Catering Company
We are looking for an energetic happy person with a minimum of 3 years experience cooking to join our close knit creative team. Our business caters to an exclusive group of clients with diverse tastes and dietary needs, so a well rounded knowledge of all cuisines is essential.
This is event based work so flexibility is required as it's not Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations across each event to ensure high quality food services that meet the clients expectations.
