Cafe Supervisor

Sitting at the front of the iconic Collins Place at Melbourne’s Paris-end, we are looking for a hospitality superstar ready to take the next step in their career, working in our busy, bustling and beautiful venue, Dame.

Working alongside and alternating with our Venue Manager, this is a hands-on position covering many bases across the venue from floor to bar / wine to coffee.

Maybe you're the hospitality unicorn we're looking for?

• You're an effective and efficient waiter who can turn on the charm as a host
• An experienced barista who enjoys a shift on the tools
• Exceptionally organised and committed to the highest of standards
• Passionate about hospitality, great food, and working with good people
• Previously experienced in a leadership role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Good conversational local wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge
• An effective communicator, especially when under pressure
• A natural leader who can inspire those around them

Dame opens Monday - Saturday from 7am with the occasional evening event for good measure. Whilst we would prefer this to be a full time role, for the right candidate we can offer a degree of flexibility.
