Hospitality Manager - North Sydney - Saint Haven

Work somewhere magical. Make someone’s day. Be part of something bigger.

At GURNER™ Wellness Group, home to the exclusive Saint Haven and SAINT private clubs, we believe hospitality is more than service—it’s emotional intelligence in action. We’re redefining what it means to serve by creating elevated, heartfelt experiences where people feel seen, nurtured, and inspired.

We’re now on the lookout for an exceptional Hospitality Manager to lead the Front of House & Food & Beverage experience at our brand-new Saint Haven Sydney club. If you've built a career leading high-performing teams in fine dining, boutique hotels, or premium venues, and you’re ready to bring that expertise into a space that feels more like a sanctuary than a workplace, this could be your next chapter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations—ensuring product knowledge, presentation, timing, and delivery match fine dining or boutique hotel standards.

  • Champion elevated hospitality at every touchpoint—delivering refined, anticipatory service that reflects the calibre of a luxury private club.

  • Lead the team to execute a consistent, high-end sequence of service, ensuring every guest interaction feels polished, seamless, and personalised.

  • Be the face of the floor—visible, present, and hands-on during service to guide team members, elevate standards in real time, and ensure a six-star atmosphere.

  • Lead and coordinate member events in the club, collaborating with key team members to deliver exceptional, memorable experiences that foster meaningful social connections.

  • Train and mentor staff in hospitality excellence—from guest recognition and tone of voice to body language, service rituals, and recovery moments.

  • Create a culture where service is not just efficient, but emotionally intelligent and intuitive—where members feel deeply cared for, not just served.

  • Provide detailed briefings to align on daily service priorities, menu changes, guest preferences, and high-touch moments.

  • Foster a team mindset that views each member as a regular guest at their favourite restaurant—valued, known, and treated with genuine warmth.

  • Uphold visual and sensory standards across the club—from the scent and lighting to table settings and member greetings—so the space feels like a sanctuary.

  • Address member feedback with discretion, empathy, and action—turning every concern into an opportunity to strengthen loyalty through impeccable service.
