We are looking for someone with extensive leadership experience,
outstanding communication skills and extensive hospitality knowledge.
Role responsibilities include:
• Managing a team of diverse talent.
• Taking ownership of your store and proactive troubleshooting
ability essential.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Managing ordering, rostering, system maintenance and shop
cleanliness
• Competent overseeing customer service standards and quality
control.
To be successful in this role we require the following:
• Minimum 1-2 years in similar role.
• Someone who is both confident in their own abilities and open to
growth and development.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly professional, independently motivated and a great leader.
Full time hours on casual rates.
