– Running daily crumpet production (cooking + quality control)
– Managing batter prep, fermentation logs + kitchen flow
– Stock tracking for crumpet ingredients + packaging
– Keeping the station clean, prepped, and efficient
– Supporting the kitchen team and helping the day run smooth
