Orlo is on the lookout for a Senior Front of House professional to step into a pivotal role within our tight-knit team. We're a contemporary restaurant in the heart of Collingwood with a focus on fire-led cooking, genuine hospitality, and a culture rooted in respect, consistency and high standards.
We're not looking for someone to clock in and out — we're after a true hospitality leader who takes pride in the guest experience, drives sales with integrity, and understands the importance of showing up for their team.
What you'll bring:
– Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-end or premium dining environment
– Strong sales and upselling skills with a natural, service-led approach
– Impeccable attention to detail across service, setup, and guest care

– The ability to collaborate across FOH & BOH teams
– A willingness to contribute to the broader business — ideas welcome
– Availability across weekends and peak shifts
