We’re looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join us. If you’re currently a CDP or Junior Sous and want to step up, this role offers the chance to learn, lead, and grow in a respected kitchen. You’ll be working closely with our Head Chef on menu development, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring our standards of consistency, creativity, and care are upheld.
Skills in pasta making are a big plus, but more important is a genuine passion for seasonal produce, precision, and bringing ideas to the table. We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and who wants to help shape Lagotto as we expand into new venues.
