We’re a brand new neighbourhood venue in Brunswick and are looking for experienced Baristas to join the team.
Beautiful Jim Key is the new project from Josh Murphy (Harley & Rose, Builders Arms, Moon Under Water, Cumulus Inc) and partner Priyam Chovhan. Opening in Jewell Station Village, we’ve a space built that feels playful, grounded and welcoming; where you can visit twice a week and always feel looked after.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare coffees utilising Fieldwork Coffee beans as well Mork hot chocolate, Peruvian cacao and Matsu matcha.
- Ensure our customers receive sincere and thoughtful service
- Maintain cleanliness of your station, restock supplies, keep things organized and assist other team members when needed
- Work alongside a passionate team dedicated to providing great food, beverages and service.
Who You Are:
- You have an appreciation for coffee and the art of brewing and take pride in crafting the perfect coffee
- You enjoy working with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- You’re friendly, approachable and have a knack for making people feel welcome.
- You are flexible and adaptable and can work mornings, weekends and public holidays when needed.
- You have at least 1 year Barista experience in a similar environment.
- Current RSA (Vic)
