Bar Carolina and Tetto di Carolina, South Yarra institutions, are seeking experienced Section Waiters, Bar Staff and Wine Team, PLUS a full time position is available for experience Bar Manager.
We are a diversified venue with an engaging community, offering multiple spaces including a restaurant, bar, private rooms and events.
This position would suit enthusiastic, polished and dedicated hospitality professionals.

The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of two years experience within the hospitality industry
Experience with Italian cuisine
A hands-on approach and be guest focused

A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude
