The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee daily operations including reservations, service, and restaurant presentation.
Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Manage rostering, payroll, and compliance using systems such as Deputy or similar.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH.
Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and stock control.
Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Drive a positive team culture with a focus on development, engagement, and retention.
