New Bar Opening (Floor & Bar Staff)

We are on the hunt for floor staff and all rounders for a new bar opening with previous experience in restaurants or bar settings with table service. Roles are causal (20 - 30 hours) with opportunities for 30+ hours for the right candidate. Bar experience preferred.

MOONDROP is an Asian inspired cocktail experience that focuses on great drinks, great hospitality and making every night a memorable one.
About the Venue -
- Asian inspired venue invoking the 1920’s in Shanghai
- Located at 1 / 150-156 Gertrude St Fitzroy between Brunswick St and Smith St
- Venue is open 5pm - 1am, Thursday - Monday (closed Tues and Wed)
- An extensive list of cocktails that highlights a range of asian ingredients with a smaller emphasis on Chinese wines & snacks
- 78 seats with and an additional function space set to open soon ( 110 pax + )
- Celebration as our core identity.
- Aspiring to be listed on Top 50
What we are looking for -
- Minimum 1 year experience in a cocktail venue with an eagerness to learn
- Experience with table service
- Professional and friendly manner with customers and co-workers
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Able and willing to work a flexible roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Current RSA certificate
- Being fluent in Mandarin is a plus
