Skills, Experience & Attributes

We're looking for someone to bring their personality, passion, and energy to Ms Frankie. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proficiency in managing a high-performing bar team.
• Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must have knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Available to work across both venues
• Wine knowledge is advantageous.
• Drive for beverage service and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
• Outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Must be able and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Must have a valid RSA certificate.
