An exciting position is available for a serious candidate who is seeking to further their career and lead our pastry team. We all enjoy a collective team approach to new dishes and driving the restaurant forward. There is a woodfried oven to play with and we are looking at a busy few months ahead with a senior team to help support.
Roster flexible on preference of a 4 day or 5 day roster and we closed Saturday lunch and Sunday's.
The successful applicants will work closely with the head chef and will need to be able to run the section independently. With leadership from our head chef this is your opportunity to further develop your skills.
Successful applicants must have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
