Assistant Venue Manager

Located in vibrant Flinders Lane, Tonka’s menu is an interprertation of Indian classics.

You will ideally be the team member who is always friendly and personable, yet impresses by anticipating the needs of your customers and colleagues. You will be a natural leader, but always ready to work side by side with your team, no matter the task. Your priority is to always over-deliver on service.

 What you will bring:

• Enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' attitude
• 2 to 3 years of experience working at a similar industry level
• A love of great food and wine
• WSET or wine knowledge preferred, but not essential
• Experience working with POS and online booking systems an advantage
• An eye for details and an ambition to create the best guest experience, everytime.
