Pt. Leo Estate Restaurant is the vibrant culinary heart of the Estate and our main dining space. Diners enjoy spectacular views overlooking our vineyard and sculpture park to Western Port and Phillip Island. Our menu celebrates the region's produce, harnessing relationships with local suppliers to deliver a flavor forward, contemporary offer. Seasonal and regional food is the focus of Pt. Leo Restaurant's menu.
Lead by Culinary Director Josep Espuga who originated from Catalonia, Spain, with a multi-Michelin star-studded CV featuring Mugaritz, Nahm, and New York’s Degustation. We are looking for talented and experienced Chef de Partie who are seeking to continue their journey of culinary excellence, career development in a safe and reliable work environment.

About the role:
Full time permanent position - flexible roster to suit your lifestyle
Work under the tutelage of the Culinary Director and a host of talented culinary leaders within a world-class kitchen
Opportunity to work with some of the best ingredients and suppliers
Opportunity to explore Pt. Leo Estate's kitchen garden and work with those seasonal ingredients on a daily basis

Work a 40-hour week over 5 days with additional staff benefits
About you:
Demonstrate experience in similar high-end establishments
Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
Ability to work in a team environment
Task driven and self-motivated
Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays
Hold a current Victorian driver's license and have own transport
