ARC is seeking a full-time Studio Experience and Client Services person to join our Sydney studio.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role dedicated to hospitality, studio presentation, and creating an exceptional experience for every collaborator who walks through our doors.
Working closely with our Studio Manager and Production team, you’ll help ensure the studio runs seamlessly day to day - from open to close - supporting high-volume sessions while maintaining ARC’s standards of care, detail and professionalism.
This role suits someone with a strong hospitality background who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in presentation, and understands that thoughtful service plays a vital role in the creative process. You’ll be a key contributor to the energy and culture of the Sydney studio - calm, attentive and solutions-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience and Hospitality
- Open and close the studio each day, ensuring all client and common areas are immaculate and welcoming
- Greet and host directors, agency teams, producers and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Plan weekly catering requirements in alignment with studio bookings and projected client numbers
- Coordinate daily catering for between 20-50 people, primarily through external suppliers and local vendors
- Prepare simple, high-quality salads, sides and light supplementary offerings in-house to complement ordered catering
- Manage dietary requirements and food safety considerations with care and attention
- Coordinate catering logistics including ordering, supplier communication, collection, set-up, presentation and clean-down
- Maintain an efficient kitchen workflow during peak service periods and extended sessions
- Oversee additional Client Experience casual support on high-volume days
- Anticipate client needs and proactively support the flow of sessions
Studio Presentation and Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and impeccable presentation of suites, kitchen and shared spaces
- Monitor and restock kitchen, bathroom and studio supplies
- Manage inventory, stock takes and ordering in line with weekly catering plans and studio demand
- Coordinate deliveries and supplier relationships
- Liaise with Production and Studio Management regarding daily bookings, schedules and client requirements
- Support general studio upkeep and operational tasks as required
- Help uphold ARC’s standards across hospitality, presentation and client care
About You
- Proven experience in hospitality (café, restaurant, hotel or events environment)
- Confident coordinating food and beverage service for large groups (20–50 people daily)
- Comfortable preparing simple, high-quality salads and sides in-house to supplement ordered catering
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm, efficient and solutions-focused under pressure
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in maintaining high standards
- A valid driver’s licence (required for supplier pick-ups and catering coordination)
- Food safety knowledge or certification desirable
