We're looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team in a part-time capacity.

About the role:
The ideal candidate has strong hospitality experience, is confident leading a small team, and thrives in a fast-paced café/bakery environment.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing FOH operations on busy weekends, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, reporting to the front of house manager, supporting staff during service, and ensuring smooth coordination between the floor and the barista station.

This role requires availability on both Saturday and Sunday, plus an optional weekday shift (16-20 hr pw).
Previous experience in a supervisory/shift manager role is highly essential.
