Paradise Alley is a lively neighbourhood bar with personality, a private function space, and a close-knit team. We're seeking a Venue Manager to lead the venue and oversee day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Staff onboarding and training
Cocktail and beer/wine/spirit list curation
Supplier liaison and stock ordering
Stocktaking and inventory control
Rostering and wage management
Function and event management
DJ rostering and social media oversight
POS/till programming (Kounta)
Beer line and RSA register maintenance
The ideal candidate is fun, friendly, organised, and passionate about hospitality. You’re a strong communicator, trustworthy leader, and supportive mentor who cares about building a great team and delivering excellent customer service. A love of wine and a fun bar atmosphere is a bonus.
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent organisational skills who can maintain a tidy, well-run venue. You’ll be supported by a great team, including an AVM, loyal regulars, and a close working relationship with the owner.
