Rye & Dough is a busy artisan bakery known for its sourdough bread, pastries and coffee. We are looking for a reliable Assistant FOH Manager to support daily service and help lead the team.
This role suits someone organised, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the FOH Manager in daily operations
• Supervising staff during service
• Preparing coffee and drinks
• Taking customer orders and handling POS transactions
• Ensuring fast, friendly and efficient service
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the shop
• Assisting with stock rotation and product display
• Opening and closing duties when required
Requirements
• Previous experience in café or bakery front of house
• Confident barista skills
• Ability to multitask during busy service
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Availability for morning shifts and weekends
