We're looking for an experienced barista to join our small Degraves Street coffee bar.
We're a small, customer-focused shop, working with excellent coffees and sharing them with care, clarity, and humility. Our coffee shop is where that work meets our customers, so we’re looking for someone who can make exceptional drinks, offer thoughtful service, and bring genuine energy to the role.
You’ll be serving coffee to our standards, helping customers choose beans and equipment, keeping the shop running smoothly, and working closely with a small team that cares about doing things properly.
This role will suit someone with at least one year’s experience in high-end coffee, a calm and considered approach to service, and a genuine interest in coffee, provenance, and quality.
Casual role, 20–25 hours per week over four or five days.
