Beautiful Jim Key in Brunswick is seeking a passionate and motivated Full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Working with seasonal produce in a fast paced environment, you'll be part of a small, quality focused team, maintaining high standards across all sections in a vibrant workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily kitchen organisation
- Step into a leadership role when required
- Help manage ordering, stock rotation and stock control
- Uphold standards across food quality, prep and presentation
- Supoort and guide junior team members
- Maintain a clean, safe and well run kitchen
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Team focused with a professional atttiude
- Avaliable to work weekends
