Bar and Service Attendants

With great food, sharp drinks, live music and a room built to feel full of energy from open to close, Smith St Hotel brings together the spirit of a classic pub with the detail and hospitality the group is known for. We need a team who move with confidence through a busy service and bring warmth and personality to every shift.

The role will include:

• Bartending and drink preparation across busy service periods
• Running food and drinks across the venue
• Delivering confident, energetic table and bar service
• Working across lunch, dinner and late-night trade
• Assisting with venue set-up and pack-down
• Maintaining high standards during high-volume periods and live music nights
• Building strong knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer and food offerings
• Contributing to the atmosphere and rhythm of the venue floor

We’re looking for people who:

• Have previous experience in a fast-paced bar, pub or restaurant environment
• Are confident behind the bar and on the floor
• Can stay calm, organised and personable under pressure
• Thrive in energetic venues with strong team culture
• Have a genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and music
• Are available to work evenings and weekends
• Hold a current RSA
