BAR MANAGER - SAAQI MELBOURNE
Saaqi is a contemporary Indian kitchen & bar opening soon in St Kilda, Melbourne. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and front bar operations.
About the Role:
* Manage daily bar operations and service
* Create and maintain cocktail standards
* Train and lead bar staff
* Manage stock, ordering and inventory
* Work closely with management on menu development
* Deliver exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender, floor supervisor
* Strong cocktail and wine knowledge
* Leadership and team management skills
* Excellent customer service and communication
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
* Passion for hospitality and modern dining
