You’ll play a key part in keeping our restaurant clients well-served and ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day. We believe human relationships are the backbone of our supply chain, and we’re looking for someone who feels the same way.
What You’ll Be Doing
B2B Customer Service
- Keep chefs informed about product availability and seasonal changes
- Process orders accurately and handle invoicing and credit notes with precision
- Resolve order issues promptly, communicating clearly with customers throughout
- Help identify and shift overstock across our sales channels
- Work closely with warehouse, transport, and sales teams to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery
- Update third-party product catalogues as needed
Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organised, functional workspace
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Liaise with building management, service providers, and external contractors
- Maintain internal filing systems, document management, and company records
- Support onboarding of new staff, including desk set-up and equipment provisioning
About You
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and a natural problem-solver
- A confident communicator who works well across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership over deadlines
- Experience in food, hospitality, or retail is a bonus but not a requirement
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus
