Bar Luca is looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team who can run shifts independently, lead FOH staff, handle cash-ups & manage service standards.
Permanent part-time role with guaranteed hours, annual leave, sick leave and a consistent roster.

Valid RSA certification (essential)

Bar Luca is on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll take on a leadership role while remaining actively involved in service. Your responsibilities include:
Team Leadership – Supervising, training, and motivating bar and floor staff
Bartending – Preparing and serving drinks with consistency, speed, and quality
Service Oversight – Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue
Customer Experience – Handling guest enquiries, feedback, and resolving issues professionally
Stock & Inventory – Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Opening & Closing Duties – Managing shifts, cash handling, and venue procedures
Compliance – Ensuring RSA and health & safety standards are upheld
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a supervisory or senior bar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
Passion for hospitality and high service standards
Availability across weekends and evenings
Cocktail knowledge and experience highly regarded
