Great Jones is opening soon on High Street, Armadale.

Built by hospitality operators with years of experience running cafés and restaurants in New York City, Great Jones is a restaurant-led venue serving exceptional coffee from morning through to afternoon, alongside a thoughtful, produce-driven food offering and a carefully curated wine, beer and cocktail program.

We're looking for hospitality professionals who genuinely care about quality, consistency and guest experience. Whether you're an experienced Barista or a confident All Rounder/Waiter, we'd love to hear from you.

Our front-of-house team works across the venue, delivering exceptional coffee, warm and attentive table service, and professional food and beverage service throughout the day.

About the Role

As part of our opening team, you'll help create a polished yet welcoming guest experience from the moment people arrive. Depending on your experience, your role may focus on coffee, floor service, or a combination of both.

You'll work closely with the wider team to deliver seamless service while maintaining the high standards Great Jones is built on.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering genuine, professional hospitality to every guest.
• Preparing consistently high-quality coffee (Baristas).
• Dialling in and maintaining espresso quality throughout service (Baristas).
• Taking orders, running food and drinks, and providing attentive table service.
• Serving beer, wine and cocktails in accordance with RSA requirements.
• Learning our menu so you can confidently guide guests through our food and beverage offering.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace.
• Supporting your teammates wherever required.

We're Looking For People Who

• Have previous experience in hospitality.
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Work calmly and efficiently in busy services.
• Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Take pride in professionalism, attention to detail and consistency.
• Hold a current Victorian RSA certificate (essential).
• Have specialty coffee experience (essential for Barista applicants).
