Bagel maker

Doughboys is looking for a full time Bagel Maker to join our small team in Melbourne CBD\. We make our sourdough bagels from scratch each day, including mixing dough, shaping, boiling and baking\. **You don't need to be a baker and you don't need previous bagel experience\.** We can teach you our process\. What matters most to us is that you're reliable, hardworking, comfortable working at a good pace and take pride in doing things properly\. The role is hands on and physical, so you'll need to enjoy being on your feet and working as part of a small team\. **The role includes:** - Mixing and handling dough - Hand shaping bagels - Boiling and baking - Following our daily production schedule - Keeping your work area clean and organised - Helping with general kitchen prep when required **We're looking for someone who:** - Has a strong work ethic - Is reliable and punctual - Works well in a small team - Can work quickly while maintaining consistency - Is willing to learn and take feedback - Takes pride in their work Kitchen or baking experience is welcome, but it's not essential\. A good attitude and work ethic are more important to us\. This is a full time role at our Bourke Street store in Melbourne CBD.
