Evening Floor Supervisor

Jimmy Watson’s wine bar & bistro is searching for a full time / part time FOH supervisor to join our existing team.

Jimmy Watson’s is one of the oldest and most iconic wine bars in Australia and housed in a building designed by Robin Boyd in 1962.

To be successful you with need:

• The ability to communicate with a vast range of clientele from Melbourne university students, to the modern diner and older regulars
• A true interest in Food and Wine with at least intermediate wine knowledge.
• A minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
• Awareness of wage costs and rostering
• Be self-motivated and driven to excel
• Ability to follow opening and closing procedures.
• Experience in Order Mate POS system an advantage but not a necessity.
