As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on leader who can confidently manage daily café operations, maintain high service standards, and create a positive environment for both staff and customers.
Alongside leading daily service, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing ordering, inventory, and regular stock checks.
Organising staff rosters and recruiting FOH and barista team members.
Providing coffee training and maintaining coffee quality.
Creating and uploading daily Instagram Reels and supporting café marketing.
Monitoring labour costs and improving operational efficiency.
Maintaining excellent customer service and team performance.
Previous experience in café or restaurant management.
Good knowledge of brunch food and specialty coffee.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience in rostering, recruitment, and stock management.
Confidence in coffee training and maintaining quality standards.
Basic social media and content creation skills.
A positive, hands-on attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
