We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to to join and lead our team in one of our venue.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience as a Cafe Manager for at least 2 years
- Passion for hospitality, food and beverage and has customer service excellence
- Experience in managing a Front of House team and training of new staff members
- Excellent communication skills towards the team and customers
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
- Must have Australian working rights
Our Cafe Manager has leadership responsibilities which include:
- Being reliable, consistent, and punctual as you will be leading from the front
- Leading a team to run customer service including day to day operations
- Ensuring the cafe is well-presented with an exceptional level of hygiene
- Managing the front of house operations including rostering, recruiting and training new team members
- Liaise with HR with regards to staff performances
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Venue maintenance
- Fostering positive culture within the team
- Managing budgets, expenses and reports
