About us:
The Operator Group is an established hospitality group with a long-standing history in the industry. We are launching a new venue- Operator San within the Melbourne CBD in Mar 2024.
Operator San is a new, Japanese inspired brunch Cafe in the heart of Melbourne CBD. With years of experience in the Cafe / Brunch Industry, we aim to bring about new exciting cuisines and flavours to the hospitality industry.
What you'll bring:
- The ability to deliver a high standard of service and professionalism on a day-to-day basis
- Previous experience in a high quality, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Full time availability
- Reliable and organised, you’ll be an integral member of the venue's team, ready to lend wherever needed
- A passion for food,coffee and genuine hospitality
- An eye for detail and a hunger for knowledge
- You love the thrill of a busy Cafe and want to create remarkable experiences for customers.
