1800 Lasasgne Thornbury is seeking a full time Chef De Partie.
We're a busy old school style italian restaurant in the inner north. Tight knit small team that works together well whilst enjoying what we do.
The job is full time 40 hours per week with a 4 day work week.
Great work life balance with 3 days off per week.
Job requirements:
Meaningful experience working in busy italian restaurants.
Abilty to run a section independently.
Can maintain a clean and organised work space.
Can keep up with busy service periods while maintaining consistency.
