• Kitchen management
• Menu execution
• Staff supervision and training

• Adherence to health and safety standards

• Experience working in a similar environment and role
• Passion for and knowledge of the food industry

• either Minimum qualification must be Diploma of Hospitality Management including Cert III and IV in Commercial Cookery and min 2 years work experience
• or if no qualifications min 3 years work experience
