Osteria Ilaria is seeking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our small kitchen team. An exciting position is available for a serious candidate who is seeking to further their career. The successful applicants will work closely with our executive pastry chef.
With leadership from our executive pastry chef and head chef this is your opportunity to further develop your skills. Successful applicants must have 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in hatted restaurants
* Demonstrated experience as a Pastry chef in an a-la-carte restaurant
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Creativity and passion for the industry
* Initiative in generating ideas and creative alternatives according to seasonality
* Trade qualifications
* Availability to work a variety of shifts
* A proven background in a similar role
* The right to work in Australia
