Our vision is to create a classic Collingwood pub food menu with Latin American infulances & a diverse independent beverage offering in a very comfortable & friendly space for all to enjoy.
We are hiring for a variety of BOH roles including:
- Sous Chef
- Jr Sous Shef
- Chef de Partie
- Cooks

Requirements:
- A great attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
- A desire to learn and share knowledge.
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role & environment with a high-level standard.
- For Sous chef & CDP roles, experience leading and developing teams is essential.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary practices and trends in the industry.
- Strong work ethic and a love of working in collaborative teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
