Formally known as the Punters Place the Albion Hotel is a historical 140-year-old building situated on Smith St Collingwood. We are looking for chefs to join us and contribute to establishing a new community driven diverse pub from the founders of Dr Morse bar and Bodriggy brewpub in Abbotsford.

Formally known as the Punters Place the Albion Hotel is a historical 140-year-old building situated on Smith St Collingwood. We are looking for you to join us and contribute to establishing a new community driven diverse pub from the founders of Dr Morse bar and Bodriggy brewpub in Abbotsford. 

Our vision is to create a classic Collingwood pub food menu with Latin American infulances & a diverse independent beverage offering in a very comfortable & friendly space for all to enjoy. 

We are hiring for a variety of BOH roles including:

  • Sous Chef
  • Jr Sous Shef
  • Chef de Partie 
  • Cooks

Requirements: 

  • A great attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • A desire to learn and share knowledge.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role & environment with a high-level standard. 
  • For Sous chef & CDP roles, experience leading and developing teams is essential. 
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary practices and trends in the industry.
  • Strong work ethic and a love of working in collaborative teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
