Rustica is looking for a new Head Pastry Chef at our flagship location in South Yarra.
What we are looking for:
An individual with at least 3 years experience in a similar role
Passion for all things pastry
Extensive experience in pastry, including viennoiserie
Confident managing & leading a team of pastry chefs with varied levels of experience
