Pausa is a fast-paced Italian cafe located in Preston, serving handmade seasonal, fresh Italian classics and is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. 

 Enjoy Sundays, Mondays, and evenings off to achieve that work-life balance you've been looking for. Daytime hours only between 8am and 3pm! Unleash your creativity by creating weekly specials and cooking with seasonal fresh produce to recreate traditional Italian dishes. 

The right candidate must have a minimum of three years experience in Italian cuisine with a strong focus on pasta, be capable of inspiring and supervising the kitchen team, managing food costs, creating recipes, placing orders, controlling stock, and adhering to OHS standards. Extensive knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine is a must.
