Seeking an experienced CDP to jump on board and join the kitchen team.

We are an 80 room boutique hotel situated on Bridge rd, Richmond. Ms Parker is our wine bar/restaurant space that allows our hotel guests and customers to enjoy the foodie delights we have to offer. Fulltime salaried role - 38 hrs, working mostly breakfast and lunch shifts, weekends and public holidays *penalties paid**no splits*

What we're asking in our ideal candidate

• 4 years + experience, and a solid understanding of a la carte kitchens
• An ability to follow instructions and replicate them to required specification
• A fantastic work ethic and attitude
• Desire to learn and have input toward forthcoming menus
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
