Fuel Bakery St Peters, Sydney is soon to open its first retail outlet/Popup at our St Peters bakery. The Popup will be open 5 days a week Weds-Sun. We are currently looking for qualified and experienced Bakers and Pastry Chefs. The successful applicants will need to have a min 5 years experience, in a similar position, a passion for the industry, drive and a willingness to learn. We are looking for vibrant, energetic and passionate Bakers and Pastry Chefs with good all-round know-how. A baker should have knowledge on how to mix dough, moulding/shaping, proofing, baking and specialty sourdoughs A pastry chef should have good working knowledge on how to make a variety of pastry doughs, laminate, roll croissants, bake and finish viennoiserie with all elements of traditional pastry methods. Salary offer is based on experience, qualifications and suitability/flexibility to the position.
