We are seeking an experienced Front of House person for a position within the Restaurant. You will be an all-rounder, having the ability to work on the restaurant floor and bar. The successful applicant must have a complete understanding of food and wine service and an absolute passion for providing an outstanding customer experience. Wine knowledge is essential as is a RSA Certificate and current references.The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday, and for lunch on Saturday and Sundays. 

Our service is professional, yet informal, and we are located directly adjacent to the Highett Train Station, so accessibility via public transport is a breeze.
