About the Role:

As a Hospitality Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating trials and interviews with hiring managers, and managing candidate communications.
  • Recruiting for Various Roles: Source and recruit for all positions within our restaurants, including Chefs of all levels from Commis to Executive Chefs, from Head Waiters to Restaurant Managers.
  • Staying Industry-Savvy: Keep abreast of industry updates and best practices for hospitality recruitment. Maintain a strong network and stay connected with potential candidates.
  • Exceptional Onboarding Experience: Ensure all new starters have a seamless and exceptional onboarding experience through effective induction processes.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR function as needed, contributing to various HR initiatives and projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly in the fine dining space. Familiarity with the best restaurant groups and venues in Melbourne is essential.
  • Experienced Recruiter: Proven experience recruiting for restaurant-based roles with a strong network of contacts within the hospitality sector.
  • Professional and Efficient: You are confident, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your efficiency and organisational skills are second to none.
