We are looking for an experienced and driven person to join our growing team at Tipo 00, an award winning, fast paced restaurant located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
The role will require you to have:
- Experience in a busy restaurant/bar preferrably at a supervisor or senior floor staff level.
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn.
- Attention to detail and desire to offer exceptional hospitality.
- Great communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team and manage and train others.
- Initiative and a passion for food and drink .
- Bar experience and good wine knowledge an advantage but not essential.
