Capitano is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our management team.
Capitano is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on good produce and Italian-ish food. We work with small farms and local suppliers. We are a long-standing, neighbourhood restaurant with a hard working and friendly team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and committed to establishing and ensuring a high standard of quality.
Whilst you are required to work nights and weekends, the environment is supportive and we focus on work-life balance where we can.
