Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier, you will receive extensive in-house training and work with and learn from some of the country's most passionate and skilled hospitality professionals.
You will receive great pay, great tips, and incredible working conditions. Attica is open for five dinner services a week (no double shifts!) and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Your full-time, four-day roster will include Sundays and Mondays off and one other rotating day off during the week. You will also receive a staff meal every day, and you can dine free (with drinks!) at Attica once a year.
We are located in Ripponlea, only 8 km from the CBD in the inner South-East suburbs. Situated very close to both the train station and tram stops, and with free on-street parking, getting to and from work will be a breeze.
To be successful in this position, we require:
Experience on the floor at a similar restaurant level will be looked upon favourably. Please note that we do require all applicants to have the right to live and work in Australia long-term (one year or over) and full-time hours.
