You
- are a friendly team player, with excellent communication skills and have a can-do attitude
- have minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant/wine bar in a customer facing environment
- sound knowledge of new and old world wines
- general knowledge of classic cocktails
- are reliable and set a great example of presentation and work ethic
- take pride in your work
- can lead by example across all facets of the venue
- have attention to detail from greeting customers on arrival to bidding them farewell
We will give the right candidate every platform needed and offer guidelines and structures to work within to ensure success
